KIDS LOVE COLORS is a children’s fashion brand from Latvia. We produce sustainable, comfortable basic clothes in clear colors for kids from 0-3 years.

Yes. The fabrics we use are high quality bamboo or cotton with the Oeko-Tex 100 standard I class certification, which guarantees that the products don’t have any ingredients that could be harmful to a child. Oeko-Tex ensures quality for consumers and it means the product is ecological.  Fabrics are produced in the EU.  We work with sewing partner in EU, who fulfilled our criteria and proved to be a reliable partner in producing high-quality products.

Our clothes are designed to fit a child for a longer period – this is ensured with wide waist bands and longer pant, romper legs that can be rolled.

PAYMENT

We accept most common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron). You can also choose to pay with PayPal, as well as Banklink or with invoice direct bank transfer.

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal or Banklink site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the kidslovecolors.shop website.

To some countries your order can be without tracking number.

The purchaser is responsible for any duties levied.

We always aim to deliver your order between 1-3 working days after we have receive payment of your order. It depends on your location how long it takes the carrier company to delivery your order after we have handled this.

 Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during Christmas and Covid-19. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays gets processed next working days.

When we have handled your order and it ships out, you will get an shipping confirmation email. This email has your tracking number. This is where you find the latest movements of your package. Remember, that it takes a while for the tracking code to activate at the carrier’s end.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CLAIMING

You can make a return in 14 days after receiving the order.

  1. Send email to info@kidslovecolors.shop customer service. Provide order number and the items you will return for a refund.
  2. Pack all items in a bag or carton. If possible, use the original packaging. 
  3. If you are located in Baltic States return order by DPD or Omniva to pick-up parcel machine address:

Once received by SIA Mammybox warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days. 

Delivery costs will not be refunded. 

You are noted when a refund is made. Refunds are made to your original payment method and it might take a few bank days to receive the refund.

Unfortunately not at this time. We advise you to make a return and a new order for the item you want.

We are sorry if our product did not meet your standards. Our customer service is happy to guide you through a claim process. To start the process, please take pictures of the product that shows the faults as clearly as possible and send the pictures and a detailed description of the issue to us through email at info@kidslovecolors.shop We will get back to you through email.
