2. KIDS LOVE COLORS SHOPPING AND REGISTRATION
All persons at least 18 years of age who have a permanent delivery address and a valid e-mail address and who order products for the delivery area of the kidslovecolors.shop can do business in the kidslovecolors.shop .
The customer must provide the correct information about himself when doing business in the kidslovecolors.shop. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and is obliged to notify KIDS LOVE COLORS of any changes to the information without delay. The customer must be the legal owner of the debit / credit card used for the purchase.
To order from the kidslovecolors.shop, the Customer must provide his name, address, telephone number, payment information and other information required for the purchase.
After placing an order, the Customer will receive a payment confirmation and an order confirmation by e-mail with the order number and the ordered products. The customer will also receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail once the order has been delivered. If not all ordered products can be shipped in the same shipment, kidslovecolors.shop will contact the Customer primarily by email. There are no additional costs for the customer if the ordered products must be sent in several batches.
The customer has the right to cancel his order free of charge before receiving the delivery confirmation by contacting customer service by e-mail email@example.com or WhatsApp +371 22342278
If the customer wishes, he can register as a customer of the kidslovecolors.shop. Registration is free. Registration is done with a valid e-mail address and a password chosen by the customer. The Customer is responsible for the careful storage and confidentiality of the password and is responsible for all transactions in the kidslovecolors.shop with his user IDs (“Customer Account”). Customer must contact with SIA Mammybox immediately if Customer discovers or suspects that their IDs have fallen into the possession of a third party or that their IDs have been misused. The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy statement . Personal and payment information is processed using an encrypted connection.
3. USER GENERATED CONTENT FOR THE KIDS LOVE COLORS. SHOP
You agree not to produce or transmit to the kidslovecolors.shop any content that is against the law or good practice or otherwise inappropriate, infringes on the rights of third parties, or unlawfully promotes any third party products or services.
You may only post, deliver or publish to the kidslovecolors.shop content to which you have unrestricted access, including the right to transmit content to SIA Mammybox and grant SIA Mammybox right to publish and use such content by User free of charge for the purpose for which it was collected.
SIA Mammybox does not pre-screen the content produced or transmitted by the User to the kidslovecolors.shop and is not responsible for it in any way. SIA Mammybox reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to remove User-Generated Content that it deems to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful / harmful to SIA Mammybox or third parties, or to modify the Content at its sole discretion, for example to correct typographical errors. Anyone may request that the content transmitted to the kidslovecolors.shop be removed by contacting SIA Mammybox Customer Service, SIA Mammybox will decide to comply with such request.
4. CUSTOMER AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the customer relationship between the Consumer Customer and SIA Mammybox is subject to the applicable consumer protection legislation . From the point of view of consumer protection, it does not matter whether the consumer customer is registered or not.
The customer relationship between the corporate customer and SIA Mammybox is primarily governed by these Terms and, and secondarily, by the applicable commercial law.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
SIA Mammybox strives to ensure that the kidslovecolors.shop has up-to-date and correct information about the product and availability, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information or the availability or adequacy of the products sold. Certain products are manufactured in limited quantities or the product may otherwise be temporarily sold out.
If, after receiving the order, it turns out that the ordered product has been temporarily or permanently discontinued despite the balance notified to the Customer by the system, SIA Mammybox will notify the Customer without delay using the contact information provided by the Customer, primarily by e-mail.
If the ordered product is not available at all, SIA Mammybox undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the price already paid for the ordered product in full, and the transaction is considered canceled for that product. In such a situation, SIA Mammybox customer service will contact the Customer, and the Customer will have the opportunity to keep the transaction valid and accept a longer delivery time if it is possible for SIA Mammybox or to deliver a replacement product.
SIA Mammybox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update the Product Descriptions at any time without notice.
SIA Mammybox makes every effort to ensure that the Products are presented in the kidslovecolors.shop in the correct colors and truthfulness. Product images are examples of the Products and are intended to be realistic, but the color of, for example, lining material, snaps or ribbons may differ from the Product sold to the Customer, but only if it does not materially affect the appearance of the Product. We do our best to make the product images as close as possible to the real products and their shades. However, we cannot guarantee that the shades of the products will be true with all display settings.
6. PRICES AND TAXES
The stated prices only apply to orders placed in the kidslovecolors.shop. All product prices shown in the kidslovecolors.shop are full retail prices of the products. Prices include VAT or other taxes applicable in the country of order. Prices do not include delivery costs. Order-specific delivery costs are shown at checkout when the Customer selects the delivery method. However, SIA Mammybox reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs so that any changes only apply to orders placed after the changes take effect. Prices are presented in euros.
SIA Mammybox reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s order in the event of a clear and material price error in the ordered Product. This means a possible pricing error of the product in the kidslovecolors.shop in such a way that the price of the product deviates so significantly and clearly from the normal price level of the product that the average consumer would be considered to have understood the error in question. A clear price error would be, for example, that the price of the Product is EUR 0.00 or no price at all, or if the price of the Product is so low that it can be considered incorrect.
7. DELIVERY COSTS AND METHODS
SIA Mammybox will deliver the Products as soon as possible after receiving the order. This takes about 2-3 business days, but in urgent times a maximum of 7 business days. Urgent times are different campaigns or release dates for new collections. Some Products may have a longer delivery time and in that case the delivery time information can be seen in the product information of such Product. If the order includes products with different delivery times, the order will be delivered at once when the entire order is ready for delivery, unless otherwise stated by SIA Mammybox.
SIA Mammybox delivers orders within the Baltic States via DPD and OMNIVA. For orders shipping to European Union, we ship via DPD or International Post. To other World we ship by International post office.
The customer cannot choose express delivery.
The customer must take into account the storage times of the packages at the pick-up point. If the package is not picked up within the retention period, the package will be returned to the SIA Mammybox. For non-collected shipments, SIA Mammybox will charge the Customer incurred losses, which covers delivery costs and other costs incurred by SIA Mammybox.
When ordering in Baltic Sates, the delivery costs are € 1.99 when delivered to DPD pick-up point or € 2.99 when delivered to Omniva pick-up point. If the total amount of the ordered Products is more than € 35, the Customer will not be charged for delivery costs if the Customer chooses delivery to the collection point. However, home delivery and express delivery will always be charged € 5.99 each, even if the total amount of the order exceeds € 35.
When delivering to European Union, delivery costs for DPD courier are always € 9.99 or via International Post € 5.99.

8. PAYMENT METHODS
To provide a safe and easy shopping experience, the SIA Mammybox kidslovecolors.shop offers the following payment method options:
– Most common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron)
– Invoice direct bank transfer
The providers of payment methods are third parties with whom SIA Mammybox has concluded cooperation agreements. The customer enters all credit card or online banking payment information on the banks or payment service provider’s website.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Paying with a payment card in the online store is effortless and secure. SIA Mammybox does not have access to card information and payment card information is not stored in the E-commerce information system. In kidslovecolors.shop, we accept Visa and MasterCard payment cards. Pay attention to the security limit of your payment card for online shopping. You can review and edit it in your online bank or bank branch.
The customer can pay for their purchases with the banklink payment buttons. When the Customer uses banklink as a method of payment, the Customer briefly switches from the kidslovecolors.shop website to the online bank of his or her own bank and pays for the selected products directly from his own account.
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Customers also have the option to pay for their purchases with a direct bank transfer. When you select a direct bank transfer as the payment method, you must pay trough your bank account manually.
When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be directed directly to PayPal at the end of the order transaction. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your username and confirm the payment. If you are a new customer at PayPal, you can open a PayPal account for yourself and then confirm the payment.
Once your payment has been logged in to us, your order will be transferred to SIA Mammybox for processing. Once payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Please note that there may be processing errors on the PayPal pages that SIA Mammybox cannot contribute to.
If you return products from the Order you paid through PayPal, we will credit the amount directly to your PayPal account.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Sales in e-commerce are distance sales within the meaning of consumer protection legislation. If Customer like to return for a refund, he must email firstname.lastname@example.org customer service within 14 days of receiving your parcel. In email email@example.com Customer must provide order number and the items Customer would like to return for a refund.
All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, with their original labels intact and in their original condition. Any item which does not meet this requirement will be returned to the purchaser. All goods returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible, use the original packaging. The Customer is obliged to handle the Products carefully and pack the Product so that it is not damaged during transport. It is Customer responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to SIA Mammybox.
Customers from Baltic States can return order by DPD or Omniva to pick-up parcel machine address.

10. DEFECTS IN DELIVERY OR PRODUCTS
Upon receipt of the delivery, the Customer must immediately check that the delivered products are intact and otherwise free of defects. The Customer must also ensure that the delivery includes all products ordered by the Customer.
SIA Mammybox is liable for defects in delivery and delivered Products in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. If the Products received by the Customer are incorrect or do not match the order, the Customer must contact SIA Mammybox customer service firstname.lastname@example.org without delay.
If SIA Mammybox has delivered a Product that does not match the order, SIA Mammybox will primarily seek to correct the error by delivering the correct Product to Customer and Customer will return the incorrectly delivered Product to SIA Mammybox free of charge.
If the shipment is damaged during transport, SIA Mammybox instructs the Customer not to receive the shipment and to contact SIA Mammybox customer service by email email@example.com .
If the Customer detects an error in the Product in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation, the Customer may, if he wishes, make a complaint to SIA Mammybox.
If the complaint results in the Product being sent to SIA Mammybox, SIA Mammybox will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for such shipment. If the product has been put into use, the customer must send the product washed.
Once the Product that has been the subject of the complaint has been returned and the complaint has been found to be appropriate, SIA Mammybox will pay the customer a refund in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. SIA Mammybox will endeavor to make the payment within thirty (30) days from the date SIA Mammybox has received the Product which is the subject of the complaint. If the Product returned as a result of the complaint is not defective in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation, SIA Mammybox may reject the complaint and the Customer may be charged for the shipping costs incurred in returning the product to the Customer.
A complaint must always be made about the Product directly to the place of purchase if there is a defect in the Product.
These Terms are without prejudice to Customer’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws or the trader’s statutory liability for defects in products, including the right to demand that the defect be repaired or replaced.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This in no way affects the validity, legality or enforceability of the other terms.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Subject to applicable mandatory law, SIA Mammybox shall not be liable for any delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond SIA Mammybox control. These include general industrial action, hostilities, fires, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in official regulations, technical problems, failures in power / telecommunications / computer communications or other communications, and failures and delays in the provision of services by subcontractors due to the above circumstances. If such a situation occurs, SIA Mammybox will notify the Customer. If the situation has lasted for more than two (2) months, both the Customer and SIA Mammybox have the right to suspend the purchase transaction made in the kidslovecolors.shop with immediate consequences.
13. USE OF SITE – PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
Unless otherwise specified, the KIDSLOVECLORS.SHOP website is for personal and noncommercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the KIDSLOVE COLORS.SHOP website.
You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, electronically copy, download and print hard copy portions of the material from the different areas of the website solely for your own noncommercial use, or to place an order with KIDSLOVECOLORS.SHOP, or to purchase KIDS LOVE COLORS products. Any other use of materials on this website, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this website, without prior written permission of SIA Mammybox is strictly prohibited.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Latvia’s law applies to these terms and conditions.
All disputes related to these Terms or the kidslovecolors.shop and the purchases made there shall, as a general rule, be resolved by negotiation between SIA Mammybox and the Customer. If the Customer is not satisfied with the resolution of the dispute, the Customer has the right to contact the Consumer Advice of the Competition and Consumer Agency and then ask the Consumer Disputes Board to present a solution.
In case of disagreement, SIA Mammybox strives to comply with the decisions of the Latvia National Consumer Complaints Board or similar authorities in other European countries.
